Hold sealed vials at -20°C or below, protected from light. Short excursions to room temperature during transit are expected and tolerated by lyophilized material, which is exactly why we ship it dry rather than in solution.

After reconstitution

Keep reconstituted material at 2-8°C and use it inside the window your protocol defines. Aliquot before freezing so you are not thawing the same vial repeatedly.
