Look up any order with your order number and email. Tracking appears here the moment we scan the label.
Shipping & delivery
Orders placed by 2PM PT ship the same business day from our domestic facility with tracked service. Overnight is available on request.
Payment options
Wire, ACH, Zelle, and card. Invoices are issued per order and terms can be reviewed for repeat accounts.
COAs & documentation
Every lot ships with its certificate. Lot numbers can also be looked up any time on our COA page.
Storage & handling
Lyophilized material is stable in transit and should be stored at -20°C on arrival. Reconstituted vials belong at 2-8°C.
Damages & discrepancies
Report any short, damaged, or mislabeled item within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace or credit the line.
Common questions
How fast will my order ship?
In-stock kits leave the same business day when the order is placed by 2PM PT. Custom fills and blends run 7-10 days.
What is the minimum order?
One kit is 10 vials of a single SKU, and you can mix as many SKUs as you like. Bulk pricing steps down at 2, 3, 5, and 10 kits.
Can I add my own labels?
Yes. Custom labels are $3 per label and are printed and applied in house before the kit ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Domestic shipping is standard. International requests are reviewed individually — email our team with the destination and quantity.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Reach out before the label is created and we can adjust or cancel. Once tracking is issued the shipment is in the carrier's hands.
Are these products for human use?
No. Everything we supply is strictly for laboratory and research use, and is not for human or veterinary consumption.
