Traceability means one number connects a physical vial to a production record and an independent assay.
The chain
Fill record → third-party assay → COA issued against the lot → lot number printed on the vial → order record that shipped that lot.
Why it matters downstream
If a result looks wrong, traceability is the difference between re-running an experiment and guessing. If a customer asks, it is the difference between an answer and an apology.
What to ask for
The current lot's COA before ordering, and the lot number on the packing document so receiving can reconcile it.
Ordering, minimums, and pricing
Every SKU is priced per vial and sold in sealed ten-vial kits with a one-kit minimum. Volume tiers: 1 kit at list, 2 kits at 5% off, 3 kits at 7% off, 5 kits at 12% off, and 10 kits at 20% off. Domestic orders received by 2PM PT dispatch the same business day, and freight is free above $2,500.
